Is there an easier way of setting up a newly installed Omron AD501 16Ch Analogue Input module in backpane of a CVM CPU, then by the manufacturers book?
Have
1. Set Dipswitches to 0-20mA scale
2. Set Control words in DM for 4-20mA
3. Programmed
4. Using a known 4-20mA signal, monitoring the raw valve
Have noted that lower range is Ok but top half is "out"
by at least 30%. (Module was installed as new out of box)
Could someone please help with a nice KISS explanation, as the book doesn't show an example and I have tried all 16Ch with same result?
