I have searched the manuals and website for a pinout diagram of the communication cable for a Siemens MP370 to AB PLC (5/04) serial RS-232.
Does anyone have this information?

Look at manual SIMATIC HMI WinCC flexible 2004 Communication Part 2, BHB_Flexible_Komm_T2_e.pdf, on Siemens' website; you will need it for more than cabling:
