You are skipping a necessary step. Right after you upload your JPG file, you must copy the link that is given, something that starts and ends with "htpp:........, that includes the name of the file that you uploaded, then paste it into a message (just Copy (Ctrl C) and Paste (Ctrl V).
The way the site works is when you upload a file, it gets saved in Phil's computer. Then to tie it to a message, you must copy the "link" into your message, so Phil's computer will know where to find it. Your original images are probably saved, you just have to figure out the "link" to them, including the and .
