Hi Phil.
Just wondering why we can't attach jpg files. Bmp files are allowed but they are huge in size and are usually above the upload limit.

used to display in the post itself

Conditions for the file upload

- Max filesize: 300 KB
- Allowed extension(s): .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png
- Max width x height: 1024 x 768
- No whitespace in filename

code will be generated once upload completed

use the code to display the image file in the post
 
Yes, as they said...

bmp is an attachment as it is not displayable in many browsers, plus the file size is enormous as you noted.
