S7-315-2dp CPU - Error msg "No Active other partner can be found"

Any one can help me regards the following

Using PLC - Siemens CPU 315-2dp with Memory card 512kb

We Switch off CPU power and removed Memory card 512 and inserted in new PLC CPU 313C (Siemens)

We tried to communicate but "No Active other partner can be found" error message is appearing. Can't able to communicate from PC

So changed back Memory card to Old CPU 315-2dp again, We tried to communicate still we facing same problem.

PLC 315-2dp STOP LED is blinking when Memory card 512 inserted.
