Fanuc R-J3i,Monitoring security circuit

I'm trying to monitor the emergency stop circuit with the controller's software, I believe it is called material handling software and is teach pendant type programming. I can't find in any documentation that I have how to do this. Anybody have an idea on this?

if you have eDoc installed, click on Controller Maintenance (under ELECTRICAL MANUALS, R-J3iB Controller) and go to Connections section. PCB is on the cabinet door and it has inputs for external signals. Ch1 is EES1 and EES11, Ch2 is EES2 and EES21.

I have the emergency stop circuit connected and functioning, I want to turn some outputs on when the fence door is opened or e/s button pushed.
