installing a Intercel SAM10e modem with a Controllogix PLC

Hi there,

I am planning to get a intercel SAM10e modem (GSM modem for SMS paging) and connect it to a controllogix via serial port. I have never used a GSM modem before and I'm wondering what are the configuration that is required on both the modem and the PLC? Are all the programming done on the PLC itself?
