Quick Panel Error Iniatializing Memory when down loading

I have a 9 inch monochrome Quickpanel

I lost power to the unit during a download, Now when power is cycled to the unit I have a error message on the screen "screen data memory corrupt".

When trying to download with quick designer v3.70 I have error message on the PC "Error initializing memory". Is anyone familiar with these errors.

I would like to try Initializing the memory, but it prompts me for a password.
