OT: CMZ Servo Controllers?

Long shot here.....

Any of the UK based guys here have any experience on CMZ servo controllers?

CTN330 in particular?

I have a client who needs some basic training on uploading/downloading the user software, some simple diagnostics etc.

Their UK reps don't seem very interested in providing this.
