How do i alter the preset value of a timer whilst online ?

Simple but i cant find it!

You can use the 'Status Chart' to view & modify tag values at runtime:

I want to change a Timers PRESET from 25 to 150

In the status chart if i put T38 it shows it as a Bit which is not the preset ?

I want to change the value of 25 whilst online to say 150

Use a variable or symbol name for the preset instead of the hard-coded '25':

Online Editing S7 200

To edit online, go to Debug, in drop down menu you will find 'Prog edit in Run'.
But you can edit only if you are not in '
Program Status'.
I hope this is helpful.

Perhaps you should read the thread.

I have no problem with online edits and my question has already been answered.
