1761 Net Aic Module

I am having problems connecting my NET AIC module to a panelview 600 . the panelview is configured for DH485.I have followed all the instructions on the a/b web site -- use a null modem adapter e.t.c . any ideas ? - thanks phil

I invoke PLC Law Section 14b: "All PanelView networking questions shall be accompanied by the entire PanelView part number, to correctly determine the network option in question."

A corollary PLC law, also in Section 14, is "cabling questions shall be accompanied by a thorough description of the cables connected between each connected component."
