Wonderware Intouch 9.5 with GE RX7i

I'm using Wonderware Intouch 9.5 SCADA and GE RX7i PLC. I've done the Tagname assignment part, but do I need to add any prefix to assign the Tagname for an object.

For eg., for analog Objects in a screen, do I need to assign the Tag name as
"?r:XXXX.Value".
