Hi,

I'm using a Beckhoff Batterypack (C9900-U330) wich is only a pack of 2 panasonic batterys (LC-R123R4PG), and I want to know if anyone have used it because I'm not shure on the operation of it.

I conected the batterypack directly to the powersourse and in parallel to the load:

So the battery will provide voltage when the power source fails, and the power source will also charge the battery when needed, yet I want to know how the battery will respond to overcharge (because it will always be conected to the powersource).

I read something on the datasheet of panasonic (its very poor the data), and it sais something that this type of arrangement is called float charge and it's ok but only for 6 hours of charge or something...

Hope you understand and can tell me if the arrange is ok.
