Omron Analog Question

I'm dealing with an Omron controller. I believe it is a C2000HS, or I at least hope I'm close with the letters. I don't have my notes on me at this time.


I cannot find any information on how to read the address to find this analog output I'm working with. I have uploaded the program from the processor, so I do not have any documentation.

The analog output card you have will have a rotary switch on the front. If it is set to "0" it become special i/o unit zero. The manuals provided will guide you on how the addressing works.

All the I/O on an Omron C200H is mapped as an internal relay. Only the address determines what it does. You'll probably find the addresses you're interested in start around 100.

From memory (a long time since I played with one of these) I believe the values you write to the module need to be BCD. I'd double-check that if I were you.
