ET 200B directly on OPC

i hv ET200B and a PC station with OPC and CP 5613A2.
how can i get the data on OPC.
i hv made a program but its not communicating and ET 200B giving a BF fault continuously.

Did you follow the Siemens Support entry 15127600 ?

Here is a statement from that FAQ:
"Please note that the DP slave only works perfectly when an OPC client has connected itself to the OPC server. If not, then an error message is displayed on the DP slave and it remains in the unparameterized state. This is why the red LEDs are to be considered as normal in this situation, because there is no DP master active for that DP slave."

Did you try to use an OPC test client ?
