I have bought the book from the second link (Programming Industrial Control Systems Using IEC 1131-3 by R. W. Lewis) through Standaard boekhandel. It costed me about €75 and it took about 6 weeks to get it. It's a fairly good book, but somewhat limited. Structured text is covered in a single chapter of a mere 18 pages.

The online help for RSLogix5000 and "Logix 5000 Controllers Common Procedures" provided me with enough info to get me going.

Consider this before buying any book/course.
