Log data from Mitsubishi PLC

Friends,

Anybody have experience on how to log data from mitsubishi PLC (A2AS CPU) in a data file? I need to watch my turbine speed controller behaviour that doing by my mitsubishi PLC but i dont know how to do it, in CLX PLC I usually use trend and then convert it to CSV.
