You may have to face the possibility that those manuals are so old that they were never converted to electronic format. If that is the case, you will have to locate a physical copy, making it more likely that it won't be free.

I'm not sure about your PLC model, however, the Gould PLC PC 0085 manual I do have, and it uses a hand held programmer # PP-0110.
