Hi All,

The ASB module of Rack 2 is connected to the BSN pair residing in Slot 2 of Rack 0 & 1 while the ASB module of rack3 is connected to the BSN pair residing in the slot 3 of Rack 0 & 1. There are two PV+1250 each connected to one ASB.
I have defined the Logical Rack 3 (Full) in both the BSN for PV+.
The dip switch settings on both the ASBs are as follow:
SW1: 11111111
SW2: 11010000
SW3: 01010101
Since both the PVs are connected to logical rack3 of the BSN, so I added one rack (Rack 3-all logical groups checked)in my RSView Studio and downloaded the same runtime file to both the PVs.
What is happening is that both the PV are communicating with PLC, updating tags etc. but the ASB of rack 2 is displaying "ADE". I exchanged the ASB but still the ASB of rack 2 is displaying the same. I exchanged the PV, now the fault is shifted to rack 3. So, from here I got that some thing is wrong in the PV settings.
The RIO device address in the PV terminal connection is "1". I changed this also but didnt work.
What about jumper ID? it can be same or no. What I think is that since these are to different RIO network so it will make a difference.
Thanks
