Link to a screen capture program
then capture, rename and upload images using the
Additional Options -> Display Pictures

upload_options.jpg

Press the <CTRL> + <PrntScrn> button on your keyboard. This copies the screen contents to the clipboard. Open MSPaint. Select Edit - Paste. Now use MSPaint tools to remove anything you don't want in the picture and trim the picture down to a reasonable size. Save it as a JPEG or GIF. Then follow the steps GIT linked to.

The free Screenhunter program automates all of those steps
