Hey I need some advice

I have been working in RSview Studio Deveoloping screens for a project and when i go to do a runtime test I get a message that says "can not save tag data base". I'm new to this software and to panel views in general. I have not enterd any tags yet into the data base. I did get runtime to work once but now i get this warning.


If you have any suggestions or ideas let me know and if you know of any good resourses for me to read would really help me out.
