PV 600 RS232(485) to pc / Flexlogic

Hello All,

I am trying to connect my laptop to a PV 600 part number
2711-T6C5L1. I have a NET-AIC module, Flexlogic PLC and the PIC driver installed.

Right now I am trying to connect the PC-PV. I have looked through manuals for the AIC and the PV. What cables/AIC combination do I need to connect the PV to Computer. Do I even need the AIC?

And if you could help me out for the connection to the PLC after I have downloaded the application to the PV that would be great.

You have a PV with DH485 protocol. From PC to PV you need a straight thru cable. See PDF below. You will need to configure the 1747-PIC/AIC+ driver in RSLinx to communicate with the PV. You need a real serial port to use this driver. I'm not familiar with FLexLogix controllers, so no help there from me.
