IP network addressable relay/contactor

Is there such a thing as a commercially available relay/contactor that is also network addressable (ethernet IP) with a network function that can override the conventional coil signal?

Load is 5 amps @ 120Vac.

Found exactly what I was looking for - controlbyweb, a DIN rail mount IP addressable relay, and it was designed to restart a server or a PC.
