Mitsi Q - Ethernet - anyone know how to read bits using 'readup' instruction? (GX IEC DEveloper) Tried using k4M100 format in place of D register - crashes PLC!

First move the bits to Data Register.
Example. MOV K4M100 D120
Then use D120 for the readup Instruction.
Example. MOV K4M100 D120
Then use D120 for the readup Instruction.

Unfortunately I don't have permission to modify code in source PLC - data in register format can be read ok, however I need to read status of a couple of bits in remote PLC - but I think I may have to get the other engineer to meet me on site to modify his code in the way you mentioned.
