You have to contact Rockwell Automation, and explain them the situation. Your requirement seems legitimate enough.
A visit by an expert can be expensive though. Maybe you can attach a modem to the serial port, and let Rockwell Automation fix the problem remotely.
Actually, I know how to access the protected program, but I dont want to spread the knowledge around. Sorry.
