May i.... ???????

I want to know how to make a program use micrologix analog 1000 for machine water..like....

machine bar...consumer can choose either want cofee or tea....and without sugar and milk,with sugar only,and with milk only...

all this with different button...and also have emergency alarm if this machine bar breakdown..
