panelview plus 1000

im using rs view 3.1-4.0 and i have downloaded my runtime application to the panelview but it won't load because the version is incompatible what do i need to do i tried to down load the firmware but it say it is updated

When you create the runtime application, try saving it as runtime ver 3.2 instead of 4.0 before you download it.

The PanelView terminal has firmware in it that may be version 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 4.0.

The best thing to do is to use a CompactFlash memory card and the Firmware Update Utility to upgrade the PanelView terminal to version 4.0.12, which is the current release.
