I have a weird problem on the micrologix mixed module 1762-IF2OF2. What i tried to achieve is getting 4-20 mA to input and get same ( or almost closed) signal at my output.I have 4-20mA signal to simulate input. When I have 4 mA at the input , i have 3.8 mA on the output but it getting worse. when i have 14 mA at input , i have 13.4 mA on output and when i have 19.99 mA at input ,i got 18.9 at output. I am not sure if any of you had this kind of problem before...

Post your program file (.rss file).Zip it then post it if you can. (save it while online with a live input)
Then someone here can look and see how you have your card set up and scaling for output.

The micro logix family tend to scale there analogs across 0 to 21 mA or 4 to 21 mA and the values you are quoting tend to indicate that this is what may be happening.
The sheet that came with the module should be able to guide you on this.

hai

check the scaling.
