Proficy View Runtime Security

I am trying to implement userlists and panel security levels in view runtime with Proficy 5.6 I have created the login and edit user list buttons but when I start the runtime and click on the login button, I enter the default Master, Control username/password
I get a message saying "invalid username/password". What am I doing wrong?

I guess I stumped them all! I hate it when that happens

I don't know about Proficy but I've seen other HMI's require setting up users and security in the windows settings.
