os project editor problem in wincc v6.2

as being a new learner ,I have installed the program to the pc and open the project but it is not possible to see "os project editor" and some other menu in the left bottom side of the wincc window.So it not possible to adjust the properties of the runtime screen.
can you tell me the reason
