CP341-RS 422/485 to IAS

I'm new to CP341 and PLC(S7300) and we have a proj of interfacing the CP341-RS 422/485 to an IAS. I would like to ask about CP341 programming. Is IAS similar to DCS? Any manual about programming CP341 would be of great help, i've already read the 2 manuals installed on the CD included in the package of Module CP341(same manuals on Siemens website) but i'm not still sure how to program the CP341 after doing all the step by step procedures of installation, parameterizing and linking to user Program.
