Hi, Does anyone here know what the compatbility of RSLogix and RSLinx (latest versions) are with windows XP home. The compatibility matrix from Rockwell only lists XP professional. Regards Alan Case

Should be the same Alan. I have found they behave identically when running programmes I have tried. Running XP Home on the laptop and XP Professional on the desktop.

XP Pro runs programs exactly as XP home. Pro has a few more security features and other enhancements, but to programs,they are the same OS.

Make sure you have the newest versions. 5.20 works, but earlier ones dont.
