Siemens STEP5 - protection problem

Hello!

I have a problem with error AS Function disabled. One of solution is to reset the system bit RS 120.0. I cannot do that because my PLC has program in EPROM.

How can I check if RS 120.0 is setted?
Variable status does not work.

Type of my PLC is S5 944B (it operates with OP27)

is it possible to reset this bit via STEP5 (direct acces to PLC memory) without changing the program (adding RU RS120.0)?

I found that value at address EAF0 is 0001 and at EAF1 is 000F.
Should I reset value 0001 to unprotetc program??

Thats the way I read it. If bits 1 and 2 are set then this will disable the PII,PIQ updates, thus RS120.0 is located in EAF0

I've tried to change value 1 to 0 in the EAF0 address but after correction the value is still the same (1)

what should I do?
