ultraware 5000 upload and download problem.

I have not been able to upload or download programs from the
ultravar 5000 series drives. I can look at the drive on line
and look at diagnostics. I can't seem to figure out how to
upload or download. I don't see anything that shows Upload
or Download.
If thier is anyone that knows anything about it, I would greatly
appreciate it.

I remember getting hung on the exact same "Feature" the first & only time I used that software package. I can't remember exactly, seems like you have to right click on something, maybe the drive ICON that is in the right hand tree?
Sorry I can't remember more. Getting old enough that my memory is fading. Did you look in the help file?
