Storing program on CQM1-ME04K memory module

Using the CX-One software how would I store programs in a CQM1-ME04k memory module?

You can store a single program on the memory cassette.
The program must be in the CQM1 plc memory.
You can use the Watch window and monitor bit AR14.00
To transfer the program to the EEPROM, turn on bit AR14.00
AR14.00 will turn off when transfer is complete.

To transfer from the EEPROM to cpu memory, toggle bit AR14.01.

This information is in the CQM1 Operation manual.
