Dear friends i am learning about stl so i need to know about the artitechture of s7 400 cpu i want to know how many registers and how they call and in which herarichy cpu do work
just like we find in the books of micro processor

any one can help me pls

I don't think you'll find the architecture of these PLCs explained anywhere, or at least not in the way you can find the architecture of a microprocessor. All info available about S7-400 CPUs can be found here.
