Wincc library

i want to create my own made library in wincc and that is directly linked with plc db and wincc tages any one can give me idea about this

i am doing work in a cement plant i creat my library in simatic s7 for cement plant process now ia m creating my library in wincc just like cemat is a siemens software for cement plant just like that do u have idea about cemat
