s7 cpu problem

Hello!

While I commisioned and download program to Simatic S7 CPU 314, i have got a next error (read from diagnostic buffer of module), and SF red led is lightning

Can you give me advice where may be the problem please?

My configuration is CPU 314 with 96kb card, SM321 DI32x24V (two modules), SM322 DO 16xDC24V/0.5A, and SM331 AI 8x13bit.

It would be good if you post your project in order to investigate.
Since it apears to be problem of inconsistency maybe you can try to download your project to PLCSIM (if you have) and see if you are going to get the same message. If not then something is wrong with your physical configuration.

You probably have not configured the hardware correctly, check to ensure that the HW configuration matches the actual modules installed and that they are all connected up properly and they are in the correct slots
