Need help programming the TP177B DP touch panel

Hello!
i am not able to establish contact with the touch panel and my PC.
i suspect that there is something to do with the settings.
can someone help me with that?
Also, can this touch panel be programmed using ProTool Lite or do i necessarily need WinCC for that?
