the connection is shown above,A is master,B & C are Slave.my question is if B lose power supply,could C be accessed?

If C has a different power supply to B, then there will be no problem accessing C via Profibus, as the profibus network is 'daisy chained' among the various devices on the network, so if B loses power it will not effect the comms between A and B

That should have said - so if B loses power it will not effect the comms between A and C
