Omron cable help C200HS-CN220-EU

Hello all,

I have sold a cable to someone and they are having an issue with it... not realy the cable but the connections

They have an C200H with an C200H-LK201 the cable that I sold was an C200HS-CN220-EU

He is having issues going from the 25pin? to the cable I sold (its a 9pin)

After reading some other post from gtsuport and others I can not find the answer is it just a 9 to 25 pin adapter?

as far as i can see, all they need is adapter

I just posted on MrPLC.com and asked if they could use it, looks like they have 2 types??

Standard 9 to 25 pin adaptor will not work.
One problem is the Signal Ground.
Standard adaptor will have SG going from Pin 5 (9pin)
to Pin 7 (25 pin).
C200HS-CN220-EU has Omron 9 pin side SG on pin 9.

Panic Mode's cable is correct.
