I am devloping some programming templates to ustart using for my programs so that they all have a similar format. I have to kick out one or two different programs a week for the machinery we build here some sone standardization would be helpful. Currently I am working on some fault handling subroutines for RS Logix 500/Micrologix controllers. Is it as simple as checking s:1/13 on first scan and resetting with a (U) coil if it is set? Is there more I should be doing? the RS Logix help file references a "user-fault" subroutine that is automatically executed when there is a recoverable or non-recoverable user fault. However I can find no references int he help on how to flag a specific sub routine as a user-fault subroutine. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do in a fault handling sub routine besides checking S:1/13?

Thanks,
Greg
