Cemat V6.0_Cannot start database

We have a multiproject that have one server and one client OP.We were working with the project properly.Untill yesterday.

If now, When I want to open CFC project from the ES.I am getting a warning that is "Cannot start database" and I can not edit the program via using CFC.

May this trouble be a licence problem ? Or another thing.
