Command for Open RSLOGIX Online

I have Factory Talk SE 5.0 and I want to open a specific rung, Online, in RSLogix5000.
The command line is:
OpenRSlogix5000 "C:\RSlogix 5000\Projects\Test.ACD" Process NOP

RsLogix open but he don't going to Online. He stay Offline. IF RSlogix is already online, no problems. What is the structure for start Online Ex: -Online /ON.
