PLC2 Software Questions

OK. read heaps here about the options of obtaining plc2 software. My question is has anybody used the software from plc2software

Needing to provide support for older machines and not prepared to pay 5K for software. Also upgrading is not an option, well not yet anyway. Any thoughts?
