Disable input from OP7 to S7-300

Hello my friends,
I have trouble with this:
I need sometimes disable editing data from op to plc, but I don´t know how do it? My competition have switch (writing to memory). This switch is connected to plc. If I turn it, I can edit data in OP.
Can you help me please?
