I have a Micrologix 1200 (1762-L40BXB) that is currently connected with a Panelview 550 via DF1 serial port.

I need to now communicate to a Controllogix Processor using Ethernet.

I would like to know if I can split the serial connection to go to both my Panelview 550 and a new 1761-NET-ENI. If so what cabling and/or module would I need?

Thanks

No, Not all Panelview's have Ethernet. This one is hooked up with a strait through serial cable with DF1 Communications. I'm not completely sure what the cat # is, but I think it is 2711-T5A16L1.
