Compact logix dumps program on PO/PO

It's a 1769-L32E w/ compact flash. Program is lost with power off. Attempts to save/retreive from built in flash card unsuccessful. CF LED goes red with any communication attempt. Battery LED is OFF. New to this platform, sorry if this is a FAQ, but any direction appreciated... Scott
