Prosoft communication module problem

Hi,

I need serious advice in relation to our present problem encounter in our plant regarding this prosoft module.
The APP led of this module always ON as per manual is shows that
MVI56-DNPSNET module program has recognized a communication error on one of its DNP ports.
Can someone share your expertise/idea in dealing with this kind of problem..
Any solution with this problem will be appreciated.
