Alarm A083 in SIMOREG

Dear experts,

Could you please tell me the probable reasons of coming Alarm A083 in communicating SIMOREG DC drive 6RA70 with CPU 314C - 2DP over profibus?

As per drive manual the causes are for not being user data or valid data.

All the three LEDs are flashing normally.

A valid control word is not being sent. Make sure bit 10 is on

Thank you for your reply. It is now solved. Actually the control bits which were being sent to the drive were all zeros. That is why the alarm was coming. Thank you once again.
